Bitcoin price just 23.2% away from breaking the all-time high record

Today the price of Bitcoin (BTC) surges almost around 10% and crosses 15,000 USD. At press time BTC was trading at $15,235.80 USD with a price surge of 9.89% from the last 24h. Currently, the dominance of Bitcoin in the cryptocurrency market is 65.4%.

The market capitalization at press time is $282,390,989,152 USD. From the last 24h, BTC is trading between $15,235.60 USD  and $13,977.83 USD. So we can see that Bitcoin surges more than $1000 in the last 24h.

Also if we see at the price chart of BTC then we can see that it surges 41.4% in the last 30 days. While the interesting part is that it is only -23.2% away from its all-time high. Bitcoin achieved its ATH on December 16, 2017, with a price of $19,665.39.
