Coinbase confidentially submitted with SEC for an IPO

One of the largest cryptocurrency exchange today announces via official blog post that it has filed for IPO.

Coinbase Global Inc has filed confidentially with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to go public.As per the blog post, “We have confidentially submitted our draft registration (Form S1) with the Securities and Exchange Commission.”

“The Form S-1 is expected to become effective after the SEC completes its review process, subject to market and other conditions.”

However the details regarding the listing process is yet to be declared by the company.
