Now it’s Official BitTorrent is Now a Part of TRON [TRX]

In a blog post by BitTorrent, it’s now officially confirmed that it is now a part of TRON (TRX). Now Tron and BitTorrent is the world’s largest decentralized p2p protocol. Currently, BitTorrent has more than 100 million active users worldwide.

According to the blog post “BitTorrent will continue operating from TRON’s new San Francisco location, which is now the center of operations for the company’s global market expansion. The division will provide robust support for TRON’s global business development and partnerships while pursuing its vision for the world’s largest decentralized ecosystem.”

Koinalert has already mentioned that Tron creator Justin Sun is all set to by BitTorrent Inc. BitTorrent has one of the top-rated apps on the Google Play Store including BitTorrent Play (iOS), uTorrent Web, and desktop clients for PC and Mac.

Sun wants to merge the cryptocurrency technology with peer to peer transfer technology. This fusion will result in some platform which will have a tremendous decentralizing impact on the internet.

Recently Tron has also launched TronLink which is a chrome extension. It is designed to provide quick and easy access to Tron blockchain. TronLink is developed by the @TronWatch team.

By the end of this month, Tron is also planning to launch the upgraded version of “Tron Virtual Machine (TVM)”. A virtual machine is a program that works as a virtual computer which runs on the operating system of the host and presents virtual hardware to the guest operating systems.
