WazirX Crosses $1 Billion in Market Cap as WRX Hits New ATH of $5.87

The market capitalization of WazirX is now more than $1 billion as WRX hits its all-time high of $5.87 on 4th April. At press time the market capitalization of WazirX is $1,137,283,464 USD as per CoinMarketCap.

The 24h trading volume is also up by 1869.22% and at press time it’s $2,813,204,780 USD. WRX is trading at $4.79 USD and the price is up by 165.78% from the last 24h.

The trading volume of WazirX also crosses $270M in 24 hours which is currently the highest trading volume by any crypto exchange in India.

Yesterday WazirX system hits some internal limits set by one of the infrastructure providers due to which the ticker price got stuck.

WazirX was down for few hours due to a huge amount of traffic. Many users started tweeting that their wallet balance is showing zero, then Nischal Shetty clarified that the wallet is safe.

He tweets, “No matter how much you prepare for traffic, some system loads are crazy. Wallet is safe, yes. The load on our systems are way too much. Scaling is taking longer.”

However, everything has been resumed now and trading on WazirX started at 03:57 AM IST on 5th April 2021.
